I thought it would be fine at first, but once I fully loaded it up, it started feeling wobbly. Maybe it’s okay for lighter use, actually, no, I just don’t feel totally safe trusting it with much weight.

Delivery itself was fine, but the box arrived looking beat up. Maybe it was just bad timing with a busy shipping day or something, because the packaging definitely looked like it had been through a lot

I went into levrack.com thinking I’d be able to really customize the rack for my space, but the choices felt limited. It was mostly basic options, and I never felt like I could actually set it up the way I had in mind.
Maybe it’s fine if you just need a standard setup, but for me it got frustrating fast. I spent a bunch of time clicking around, and the whole experience made me feel more like a ticket number than someone trying to solve a specific storage problem

I wasn’t expecting a whole lot because of the price, but i’ve been impressed. The rack feels solid, does exactly what I need it to do, and setup wasn’t a hassle at all. For what I paid, I’m definitely happy with it. REALLY good value

Levrack seemed fine at first, but I’m not totally convinced it was worth it. The setup felt a bit clunky, and support took longer than I expected. To be fair, I might not have tried every possible fix or compared it with a bunch of other options, so this is just my experience. It does work, but for the price, it didn’t feel as smooth as I hoped

The return itself went smoothly, but the refund took longer than I thought it would. Not a huge deal, just kinda slow.

The rack looks fine now that it’s finally up, so I’ll give it that, but wow, the install was way more annoying than I expected. I kept thinking it would be a quick project, and then I’d hit another step where the instructions were kind of vague or a part just didn’t want to line up right. Maybe it was me, maybe it was the rack, probably a bit of both, but it took way longer than I had planned. I did reach out to support and they eventually got back to me, which helped, but it wasn’t exactly fast. So yeah, not a total disaster or anything, but definitely more frustrating than it needed to be

Dealing with the warranty was a headache. It dragged on longer than I expected, and most of the time it felt like I was just getting passed around with no real person actually taking ownership or helping.

I had a few questions before placing my order, and the sales team was helpful overall. They got back to me fairly quickly and explained the options without being pushy, which I appreciated. One of the answers was kind of vague at first, so I had to go back and ask again, which was a bit annoying because I was hoping to sort it out without extra effort. To be fair, they did follow up and cleared everything up. Overall, it was a good experience and I’d give it 4 stars

I’ve had a really frustrating time trying to get a response. It feels like nobody ever gets back to you, if that makes sense. I just wish the communication was better...

We had the Levrack shelving put in last month, and I was in a relieved mood once we saw how much floor space it opened up. The shop feels bigger now, and we’re still finding things a lot easier than before. Kind of wish we had done it sooner.

It feels solid overall, which is nice. I’m not totally sure what I was expecting, but it seems well made so far and I don’t really have any complaints.

I mean, the site looks fine overall and it’s easy to find your way around. I’ll give it that. But at the same time, it feels kind of plain, like there isn’t much personality or visual flair to make it stand out

The box was in rough shape when it arrived. The packaging felt flimsy and was torn in a few spots, and I could hear parts rattling around inside. Wasnt really okay to receive it like that.

It holds a decent amount of stuff, so I can’t really say it’s bad. I probably just have more things than the average person, but I was hoping it would fit a bit more. For what it is, it’s fine, just not quite enough for what I needed.

I’ve been using my Levrack setup for a little while now, it feels way more solid than I thought it would. Like, am I the only one who’s impressed by how sturdy this thing is? Even with heavier stuff loaded on it, nothing really bends, wobbles, or feels sketchy. The frame has that strong, well-built feel instead of feeling cheap. It’s already gotten some use and still looks and works like new. I’m really happy with it...

Putting this together wasn’t bad overall. The pieces lined up the way they were supposed to, and once I actually sat there and read through the instructions, they made enough sense. That said, it definitely took longer than I expected, mostly because a couple of the steps were kind of vague for no real reason. Like, just tell me exactly what goes where the first time. Still, nothing was a total nightmare, and I got it done without too much hassle. I’d give it 5 stars if they cleaned up those confusing parts in the instructions...

I tried ordering from levrack.com it was kind of frustrating. The checkout process felt really clunky, the pages were super slow to load, and for a bit I wasn’t even sure if my order had actually gone through. Overall, it just wasn’t a great experience

The shipping was way slower than I expected, and the updates didn’t help much at all. I kept getting vague, polished-sounding messages that didn’t actually tell me where my order was or when it would show up. After waiting that long with barely any real info, I don’t think I’d order from them again.

I bought this expecting the rack to be easy to move around, but once I started putting things on it, I noticed the same pattern every time: it gets awkward fast. The wheels don’t roll very smoothly, and trying to turn it in a tight spot feels more frustrating than it should.
It might be fine on perfectly flat, spotless floors, but in my shop it keeps catching or feeling stuck in certain areas. For the price, I really thought it would glide a lot better. Overall, disappointing
